RevEx ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our website, student review app, and author tools (collectively, the "Service").
We process personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable implementing rules.

- Waitlist sign-ups — name, email, and exam interest if you join our early-access list.
- Technical data — device/browser type, IP address, and logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate you and manage your account and wallet.
- Deliver review content, quizzes, and related features.

Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host, process payments, send email, or operate the platform, subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Student-facing features may show limited identifiers (for example, a shortened display name) where designed to protect privacy, as described in the Service.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you may have the right to access, correct, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise your rights or ask privacy questions, contact us using the details in your account communications or through the channels we publish on the Service.
Children
RevEx is intended for exam review by students who can lawfully enter into these terms. If you believe we have collected information from a minor without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
