These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevEx, including our marketing site, student review experience, and author administration tools (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Author and coach accounts are provided separately from student accounts and may be subject to additional agreements or approval.

Student review content and purchases

Review packs, quizzes, and related materials are licensed for your personal study use through the Service. Unless we expressly allow it, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content outside RevEx.

Wallet top-ups and purchases are subject to the pricing and payment flows shown in the app. Except where required by law or stated in a specific offer, fees are non-refundable once content or credits have been delivered or used.

Author and coach responsibilities

If you publish or manage content as an author or review coach, you represent that you have the rights to that material and that it does not infringe others' intellectual property or violate applicable law. You grant RevEx the rights needed to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security, access other users' data, or interfere with platform operation.
• Scrape, automate, or overload the Service without our permission.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that is harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to other users or the platform.

Intellectual property

RevEx branding, software, and platform features are owned by us or our licensors. Course content may be owned by authors or licensors and is made available to you under the license described above.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Review materials are educational aids and do not guarantee exam results. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevEx and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or end access in accordance with these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
